| Mom & Pups | |
| Mama is an extremely shy female Dobe about 21 months old. She was a stray so we have no history but she obviously had some very harsh treatment from humans before coming to rescue. Mama is red/tan, natural ears and docked tail, and spayed. Her ideal home would be with an adult with home based work willing to be very patient to let Mama gradually become more comfortable with people and in a home situation. For additional information, please contact: Leanne Loza at lozadobe@juno.com. Please complete our application on the home page of the website. | |
Roja is an 8 month old female Dobe, red/tan, natural ears/docked tail, spayed, crate trained. Roja is one of Mama's puppies. Roja has overcome her bad start and is now quite lively and friendly to people, although she needs a great deal of training on manners with people and in the home. She will do best with another compatible dog to play with and an adopter with lots of time and patience to work with her. For additional information, please contact: Leanne Loza at lozadobe@juno.com. MALES |
|
| Laszlo is a gorgeous young male Dobe in need of a very special home with an adopter experienced with the breed and working with Dobes that need leadership and firm handling on obedience and manners training. He will only be placed in an adult home with no other pets. Laszlo is in a special training program which can be continued. Laszlo is red/tan with beautiful cropped ears. He was adopted from a shelter so we have no background on his early months. | |
| Marley is a very cute and friendly blue male Dobe or Weimeraner/Dobe mix. He is about 14months old, neutered, current on shots, crate trained. Marley has been in a special training program and is doing very well on obedience training. We have learned that he would do best in a home as an only dog or with another large breed dog with a compatible temperament. Marley can't go with cats or small dogs and would be too rowdy for small children. | |
| Two year old Zee is a classic all natural Dobe, black/tan, neutered and crate trained. Saved from a shelter, we don't have much history but he is a sweet Dobe, wanting to learn and please. He is getting along well with a female Dobe in his foster home. Zee will benefit from a home that will do training on obedience and indoor manners and have ltime to bring out his best with lots of TLC. | |
| Monte was found in a rural area with a swollen leg. The injuries appeared to have been that way for several weeks. X rays revealed a bullet had blown out his elbow and broken his humerous. The only way to save his life was to remove the damaged front leg. In true Doberman fashion Monte was up and running the day after surgery. He is fine with people but appears to be a bit testy with other animals. Since he can't share what he went through before coming into rescue we can only guess his road has not been an easy one. We think Monte is a young dog, red/tan, cropped/docked, neutered, crate trained and friendly to people and older children. No cats, please! | |
| Ruger is a handsome Dobe pup 3months old, natural ears and docked tail. A little on the shy side, he is doing well in his foster home with crate training and housebreaking. Ruger will be available for adoption after neuter and vaccinations. | |
| FEMALES

|
| Miracle survived being dumped on a busy road. Her siblings were not so lucky. This little cutie is a Dobie mix with natural ears and tail. We think she is 8-10 weeks old. Despite such harsh treatment, she is very sweet, eager to learn and warming up to people very nicely. She will be spayed and vaccinated before placement. | |
| Eight year old Hillary was an owner surrender to a shelter because she was kept outdoors and barked too much. She is a little shy at first but quickly becomes your best friend. Hillary is spayed, black/tan, natural ears/docked tail, rides well in the car, is crate trained and now housebroken. Hillary is not a "player" but is friendly to other well behaved dogs. She deserves a home with someone wanting an indoor companion and time to spend with her. |
